Dry Cleaning Service
Comforter had a very very small spot that needed to be cleaned. I showed the service counter lady the spot and that the comforter said dry clean only. I picked up my comforter when it was done and after unfolding it found it was completely destroyed! It was so full of lumps that it wouldn't even lay straight. After I complained I was told that they had ran it through their wash machine!!! I spoke to the manager from the other store they have and was told that was the way it goes sometimes. They ruined MY expensive comforter and I still had to pay them to do it! I will never ever use this company again!
