Dan Hannegan provided us with customer service, follow-through and expertise to a degree I have not experienced before. Initially, I did reference checks and talked with him at length. He was the best plumber I have ever used (I am in my 70s). He was most fair, most reasonable and the project (long and involved) was perfect. How often can one say that? Thank you Dan. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs and I will recommend you EVERY chance I get.

Dan was on time, professional, wore a mask when I asked him and very neat in the house. I will be using Dan for any future plumbing needs!!!

Very courteous, prompt and professional. Will hire again if the need presents itself. Pricing was a little high for the 10 minutes of actual work, but I preferred to have a licensed technician do the work rather than a D.I.Y. or some unlicensed person.

I was double billed for the work on my VISA. I called immediately and was informed that it was VISA's mistake, not theirs and that they would contact VISA. After a week, nothing was changed, so I called VISA and challenged the second charge for the same work. There was a $20.00 up-charge because a part was needed (that originally I was told would not be needed. I had asked!) I ran out and bought it while other work was done, but he claimed this wasted time and I should pay for it. $160 for 1.5 hours work wasn't enough.
