Repeated phone calls from both Vivian and Thurlowe. No answer. No call back. No response whatsoever. What kind of business is this? Also, Vivian working in Hamilton does do business by word of mouth. Wouldn't a "professional" be concerned about "word of mouth?" Vivian deals with many, many clients in Hamilton, and the whole Bitterroot Valley. We sure wouldn't run a business this way.
