Home Building
As Dan does the work for me he tries to keep me informed by being available to answer my questions and concerns. On one particular occasion I was concerned that the chain wall was going to have to be at least a block higher than expected...this was a concern because each step up costs several hundred dollars. Dan assured me that the cost would not be added to me since he did not foresee the problem. This kind of integrity is typical of him.
