As explained written above. Plus once again today I called due to a new addition to the chunks of garbage pieces of other type silestone coming apart,falling from under the sink. All from the bad adhesive method . Research shows its improper to handle installation in his manner as proves it will not last. Such a cheap way to install heavy expensive countertops. They continue to talk themselves out of responsibility ,warranty false advertisment in my experience w/dishonest unreliable COSTINO CO. SENT OUT BY HOME DEPOT SALES/SERVICE. COSTLY HEADACHE. We nevr thought we'd need a new countertop within 7 years of continued problems with a 15 yr. warranty. NEVER BUY DUE TO SAY OF A WARRANTY AGAIN. THEY REFUSE TO HOLD ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.
