He was real good. I saw him my neighbors house trying to save a tree that was damaged. He's not just a tree trimmer but he's also arborist. He does pruning, trimming, and removals. I don't have any in my backyard but my neighbors have about ten that hang in my backyard, which causes me a lot of trouble. They're big oaks. I needed a bucket truck. Before, I just used one person that couldn't get up very high in the tree and couldn't get the big ones. This one had a bucket truck and I thought he could do it. He did them enough to where it wouldn't kill them but got a lot of them out of my yard. I think he's probably a one-man business but he's got a bucket truck. He was nice and helpful. He did what I asked him to do. He seemed to know a lot about the trees. He was worried about the trees and didn't want to do anything to them that would kill them, which was good. He was knowledgeable about trees and what they could take. I guess if he cut too much and killed it, it could fall on my house later or something. He came right away. I thought it was a pretty reasonable price. I'll probably use him again. He said give it a year and he could do some more on this one big one in the back. If he'd done what I'd asked him to do, it would've killed it. He's going to come work on it later.
