They do not let the customer know that all sales are final and no refunds even if there is a problem. The quality of the materials, upholstering and construction of the chairs is poor. One chair had a problem within two weeks after we got it home and when I called was given the customer service phone number and the manager their told me that we would have to bring it back to the warehouse/distribution center so they could see the chair which is 54 miles from our home. We did this expecting to get the chair at least replaced since it was a new chair to begin with and they told us that they would order a new foam core and have a tech come to our house and repair the chair. We returned home and a month later still now phone call or no tech. Called the manager back at the Customer Service center (662-869-3428) and the woman who answered the phone was rude and talked to the manager and said he didn't remember ever talking to us or saying that. I then called the Tupelo store and talked to the sales woman who sold us the chair (Barbara Garrison) and she put me through to the store manager there. He stated that he would speak with the customer service manager and find out what was going on there. The customer service manager told the store manager he must have dropped the ball and had forgotten to order the replacement cushion and send someone out to repair the chair. By this time over 3 months had transpired between phone calls that I initiated as the customer service manager didn't seem too concerned. The store manager said they would and should have replaced the chair immediately. They were to deliver and change out the chair and call when they got close to our home address as they were to deliver on a day both my husband and I had to work and he only works 7 miles from home and would come home and take the delivery/exchange. They didn't call and showed up and left a note saying we would have to come to the warehouse to exchange the chair. I again called the store manager again and reported what had happened and again the customer service manager and his crew lied about the fact they were suppose to have called ahead and told us we would have to pay a fee now to get the chair exchanged. Called the store manager again and complained and he said he would make sure everything was taken care of and the chair would be delivered free of charge and someone would call on the day this was to be done and set up as agreed. The chair was finally exchanged and no apology was ever made by anyone except the sales woman. No one ever called to ask how the new chair was (was a refurbished chair as evidenced by the staples in the fabric on the inside of the seat). The quality of the chair construction and materials is extremely poor. Will not last much past 5 years. Not much padding in the foot rest part of the reclining part of the chair and the back of your ankles touch the corner of the wood used under the padding. Would NEVER recommend this Furniture Store to anyon
