Excellent service.  Crew was very courteous and friendly.  They explained what was needed and the steps they would take to get the job completed.  They showed up on time and worked until the job was done.  They moved and covered furniture so dust would be contained as much as possible.  They came back to fix a few minor things and were happy to do so.  They made sure we were happy with the final results and we were!

Installation went quickly.  Later I noticed that the fan seemed noisy, and they came out and fixed the problem at no additional cost.

It went very well. Justin and his guys are top-notch. They were in and out and presto, we have shower walls again! They really saved me, again.

Justin designed and built two gas log fireplaces for our house. One in the kitchen was enclosed in a purpose-built cabinet and trimmed and painted to match the existing room trim. The second was a corner fireplace in the master bedroom, with a custom concealed AV component shelf above the fire box, and also trimmed and painted to match the room trim. Both are perfectly complementary to the rooms, and deservedly serve as focal points. Justin spent a lot of time with us reviewing concept pictures and sketches, and developing the trim design to match the existing room trim. He also reworked part of the AV component shelf in the corner fireplace to accomplish just what we had in mind. While the project took longer than we'd hoped to complete, we are very pleased with the results.

The results were terrific.  Justin's experience showed as he took our ideas, designed the new look for the rooms, and coordinated a variety of tradesmen to get everything done.  He was very open-minded and accommodating when we had ideas and preferences about the work, and was conscientious about touch-ups when finishing the job. We accomplished all our goals for the project, and are pleased with how good the finished rooms look.

Justin and his crew built the structure, two story, very efficiently and with great care to detail.  The guys on the team worked from the time they arrived until it was time to go home in the evening - unlike some construction crews I've worked with in the past.  I was absolutely impressed with their work ethic.  I needed a very specific job done as we are completing all of the interior work ourselves.  Justin was great to work with.  He was always prompt with communication, quick to save me money where he could.  He offered his expertise in the form of suggestions and experiences, but I felt completely in control of the project in the end.  The crew took very good care of us, making sure the work was done right the first time. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Justin and his crew did for us, and they ultimately saved us some money to boot!  They are all down to earth, hard working, honest and ethical.  Not only would I recommend them to family and friends, but I will be hiring them to do more work down the road.

I had an issue on the ceiling and didn't know who to call, so I used SnapFix. Premier custom home gave me an estimate and we set up a date and time and they were here exactly on time. The owner stayed here with his worker until it was complete and had a great and professional conversation with Justin the whole time. Will definitely use again without any worries. Thanks!

I could not have asked for better service! I was talked to the entire time and I was made aware of the costs before anything was done, and Justin always made sure I was getting the best for my budget. The Premier team worked hard & non-stop from beginning to end. I can honestly say, I have 100% satisfaction with Premier Homes. I would  recommend them to everyone!!!

We love it! The master bath looks great! We removed the existing bath tub and added an extra large shower and shower seat. We updated the cabinets and sinks and painted the walls. The expandable has been transformed into my dream sewing room! I have more storage than I ever dreamed of!

Our project went great and we are excited to start on the kitchen next.
