Watkins Contruction & Roofing

My roof repair was organized by Watkins under the State Farm Premier Service Program so after my claim was approved,  all I had to do was choose materials and pay the deductible.  The Watkins crew was polite, clean and efficient. Minor issues were resolved promptly and efficiently by Michael. I highly recommend Watkins Construction for any roofing needs, especially for those customers with State Farm- in addition, my roof now has a 5 year warranty!

Watkins is a certified contractor with State Farm, my insurance provider.  The whole thing went very smoothly, and Watkins handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company.      We had to reschedule the date of the work a few times due to rain.  Michael Dier checked in with me daily until the weather cleared up, so they could work.  He also assured me that if they were working, and it started to rain, that they had all of the necessary materials to cover the entire roof so the home would not be exposed to the elements.  Luckily it did not rain while they worked on the roof, but I was at ease, knowing that they were completely prepared just in case.    The morning of the repair work, the workers showed up bright and early.  They immediately began the work--full steam ahead.  They protected my shrubs and flower beds from falling roof materials.  When they were done, they ran magnets all around the house and driveway to collect any nails that might have fallen.  They cleaned up all of the mess.  When everything was complete, and they had left, there was no mess left behind.  You couldn't tell any construction had occurred--except that I had an amazing new roof!!   I highly recommend Watkins.
