I contacted the company to schedule service as part of home owner's warranty. I was told the service tech would contact me within 24 hours to schedule the appointment. Work was completed within 48 hours of original call. Tech arrived within the window for appointmnet. He had difficulty completing the work and had to call a second more experienced tech to assist him. Service too a couple of hours due to this matter.

Richland AC did a great job.They were professional and the price was very competetive. I had used them for a couple of years to keep my old unit running and they were honest and reasonable so when I knew it was time for a new unit I called them and was not dissapointed. I got the same professional, fair treatment I had received in the last. past. I would definitely reccomend Richland Air Conditioning!!!

I go to church with the owner. He is quite friendly, extremely professional and does quality work. I have used him for years and his bid was much lower than another I got. I will use him again in the future.
