MISSISSIPI TREE SERVICES

I had studied (on-line) pretty extensively on how to select an arborist before Wayne Williams (owner of the company, I believe) came out to give me an estimate. Wayne was attentive, respectful, candid, and cheerful as he studied the job and gave recommendations. He was on time, and gave what I thought was a reasonable estimate. Having no prior experience in hiring a tree service I have no frame of reference. Above all, he adhered to the arborist principles that I had read about. We experienced a week of hold due to weather but Wayne was careful to keep in contact. The work was done today (02/09/09) and, although I was not there during the work, the crew arrived promptly, did a magnificent job of trimming some very tall trees, and took care not to let some pretty dead and dangling limbs fall on my roof. Once up in the trees, his crew saw that there was much more dead limbs than was determined from the ground but they trimmed those out as well for the price as quoted. The jobsite was cleaned of any debris (as well as some existing debris that I had left!). Even though I don't have much grass to speak of, the impact to my yard from the heavy equipment was nil. I'm actually looking forward to hiring this company next winter to do some more trimming on many other trees in my yard that have been neglected for so long. At a time that customer service and quality seems to be waning (in my experience), MS Tree Svc shines as an example for other companies to follow. This report may seem overdone but it's not - Wayne Williams and his crew are just that good.
