The cleaner provided all the materials for an effective cleaning of the entire house, from the kitchen to the bathrooms.  The granite countertop, stainless appliances, and engineered wood floor look great after her visit.

Went very well. She did a great job and wasn't too chatty. I like that in a cleaning person. Just got down to business.

They do a good job. Nobody cleans your house like you yourself would do, but these people do a good job. They come to my home once a  month and clean.

From the time she had gotten there she was very polite and jumped right in to do the work I had needed her to do. The price was quoted to me before she got started which I did not have any problems paying it. It was well worth it. I would and will recommend this company to my friends or whom ever needs their services.

I waited a couple of times before I decided to write a review as in the past  the first clean is always above and beyond. However, subsequent cleans tend to go down hill. This absolutely was not the case here. I have used cleaning services for several years on a weekly basis and our cleaning person truly does a great job. She is very thorough almost OCD about wiping surfaces. She pays attention to the small details I thought would get overlooked. I did ask her to make the beds a certain way and she has not forgotten, which past cleaners never seem to remember my requests. I am very pleased. Her quote was very competitive and definitely worth it for her hard work!

I looked on Angie's List for cleaning companies or individuals in Meridian. Saw a listing for Custom Cleaning and talked to Judy, who came immediately to the rental house. I showed her a variety of issues involving cleaning, painting and repair. I explained to her that I am an out-of-town landlord and I don't really have any contacts in Meridian anymore. She made a list of the painting and repair items and put a team on it. I feel like the value I received for all the work I had her company do was well worth it. Then came the amazing part: Judy became my feet on the ground in Meridian for showing the property to prospective tenants. Not wanting to leave key under a rock, she kept a key and would go over to the house to open it so prospective tenants could look inside. She also continuously bounced ideas off me for ways to improve the property and even went to Lowes for me to pick up the supplies for the house. I quickly gained confidence in her abilities and willingness to help me out. I heartily endorse her and her co-workers, specifically mentioning Sharon, as I feel they helped me get the tenant I now have. I wouldn't use anyone else; they took my needs and made them theirs too.
