D & R ROOFING

Mr. Lott put a tin roof on my mobile home back in 2011. It has leaked in two different places ever since putting the roofing on. Mr. Lott has come back several times to try to fix the leak with no success. The last time he came he said he was going to replace to panels. That was two months ago. I am still waiting on him. The bad thing is my ceiling in my laundry room is going to have to be replaced due to this. When it leaks in the laundry room, it runs right into a light because the ceiling is sloped. Mr. Lott seems unconcerned now when we call. He knows the roof is leaking, but he says he will be there next weekend.

Mr. Derrel Lott was wonderful. I called for an estimate mid-day. Within an hour or so he called back with an estimate. He said that they could do the work the same day, so I asked him to go ahead with it. By the time I got home from work, they were just finishing up. His charges were exactly as he had stated in his estimate, and the job was very well done. I would use this company in the future and would recommend it to others.

The roofer was approached on a work site after being referred by a neighbor who had observed the work there. We were told that he would come and give us an estimate. Mr. Lott did so at the time that was scheduled. After identifying the amount of materials needed for the job, the work began. The job was completed in the time that was indicated. They kept the old shingles an a tarp and cleaned up after the job was complete. More importantly, the driveway was cleaned up of nails using a magnet as well as using a visual inspection.
