We got several quotes for our fence and ultimately went with Southern Magnolia Fence Company. Yall when I tell you they did such an amazing job on our fence and their customer service is top tier! Every single person I spoke with from Southern Magnolia during the process was so kind and a joy to talk to. They came out promptly and gave us a free quote, were super knowledgeable, and SO helpful. The detail of our fence is absolutely beautiful! The fence boards are close together with no gaps between the fence and the ground. I do not exaggerate when I say it’s the best looking fence I’ve ever seen! I never thought a fence could be pretty lol, but this one is!! I just wanted to recommend them to anyone needing a fence!

I had the pleasure of working with Southern Magnolia Fence, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. My red cedar fence was installed in late November 2024, and the project was actually completed ahead of schedule with exceptional craftsmanship. Rick and Dennis were magnificent—professional, engaging, and prompt every step of the way. Fast forward to mid-August, when I noticed one of the cedar boards supporting my gate hinge had split. I wasn’t sure if it was from constant use or maybe a strong gust of wind, so I called Rick and Dennis to take a look. Within just a couple of days, they had a crew out to assess the issue. It turned out that the damage was actually caused by my lawn crew’s riding mower hitting the fence. Even though the break wasn’t Southern Magnolia’s responsibility, they didn’t hesitate—they went ahead and replaced the broken board. And not only that, while they were there, they noticed two other boards with minor damage and replaced those as well, at no cost. That kind of customer care speaks volumes. Exceptional Service & Long-Term Solutions! During a recent storm, my back fence line blew down. I had patched it multiple times, but erosion had made it clear that a more permanent solution was needed. Rick responded immediately, securing the fence to ensure my dog wouldn’t get loose while we worked on a plan. Rick was incredibly patient and informative, explaining that drainage issues were the root cause of my fence problems and would continue to be unless properly addressed. Rather than just patching it up, he connected me with McCulloch Scapes, an excellent landscaper specializing in drainage solutions. Together, they developed a plan that would protect my investment for years to come. Southern Magnolia Fence Company was a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was secure throughout the process, keeping my dog safe while the work was being completed. Wonderful! I had a tree fall in my backyard, which damaged my fence. I was on a time crunch to get it fixed. I spoke with Rick, and he and his son Kyle were at my house an hour later to assess the damage. They had the work completed within 24 hours!
