I have an extended service plan with my 5th wheel which is sometimes a hassle at smaller repair shops. Breakaway handled the a/c repait through the service plan with no problem. I had the work on the roof sealing done not covered by my service plan. I was worried about this work because I had planned to do it myself after hearing horror stories from friend who had similar work done at other places. I checked the work before I hooked up and the work was excellent. It looked better than factory. The people are friendly and responsive. I gave the "B" in professionalism because of the mom and pop style, but I will use and buy from them before the bigger boys in the area.
