I called Bobby's because the previous owner said they knew the house well having done some electrical work for them. I left a message around lunchtime and was contacted on my drive home. I explained that I wanted a ceiling fan box installed and the wiring for an outside light and shed corrected. I was scheduled for a morning appointment the following week.
Tim, Bobby's brother, arrived promptly for our appointment. The ceiling fan box installation went well but took a little longer than I expected. He did not have time to look at the outside wiring because of some job with the power company. I asked for an estimate, but he was unable to give me one saying that it would only be time. He agreed this was unclear.
He scheduled another call a week later and began examining the outside wiring. Whoever put in the 3 way switch and shed wiring apparently really screwed it up. He spent about 2 hours working on it then had to leave agin for another job. We scheduled another follow up. Unfortunately, he did not call or show for the third service call. I called him and he was very apologetic and set a fourth call on short notice that fit my schedule. He was able to complete the work during the fourth call.
Overall, I was happy with Bobby's and will use them again. I wish they had been able to give me an estimate and schedule the proper amount of time, but I understand that it was not possible given the nature of the job. Repairing a previous electrician's mistake is not always easy. Tim was very knowledgable and clearly explained the problem and how he fixed it. Their rates are very reasonable.

They are the best company that I have found in 20 years. I spent about $500 to $700 for their services. The electrician does all kinds of stuff for me. He does commercial and residential. Their price and quality are both excellent.
