We have had trouble with our attic fans for several years. New ones would be installed, and shortly thereafter, would start rattling and shaking pictures on the walls. We finally called Mr. Electric, who installed a new fan. Several days later, the problem returned. They apologized that we were continuing to have the problem and vowed they would fix it. The gentleman came out twice more, trying various solutions, and all is quiet now. We're very hopeful that the problem has finally been eliminated. They have been courteous, professional, experienced, very helpful. They care about their work and the customer service is excellent. We would heartily recommend Mr. Electric.

Initially called them for repair of a non-functioning living room wall outlet, which they performed. Also asked for a cost estimate (seemed a little high) for repair of a bathroom exhaust fan, but decided to have them install a new one. With some resulting electrical problems resulting throughout the house, they persisted in tracking down the causes and, after three days of work, solved all of the problems (I'm still holding my breath at this point). The two technicians were both polite and personable, and seemed to be fairly knowledgable in tracking down the cause of my problems.

Arrived within 30 mins of the email from their scheduler. Installed new socket and put a new plug on a range. I got an estimate from them for some more work I will be doing soon. Overall very professional aND friendly.

I really liked their knowledge and expertise. I'm not used to paying this much for service, coming from AZ. But, they did a great job and didn't feel like I need to worry about them in my home.

This was a really wonderful experience. They showed up on time after calling to say they were on their way, extremely polite and careful with not tracking in dirt or touching walls. We were so extremely impressed, that we hired them to do extra work that we had planned to put off until later. They also did a complete house electrical safety check as part of their service.

Wore booties over shoes to protect our floors. The first time he came to install new fixture, he had to go to store to match existing fixtures. The price he quoted which was reasonable did not change because he had to go to 2 different stores to find the right fixture. Great job! The next time we called him was to repair a set of lights. It turned out that the bulbs were burned out as were the replacement bulbs we had bought. He didn't charge for the trip. Would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable and informative. switched out and installed new light switches and ceiling fans. Very reasonable in price. Arrived on time and very courteous and respectful. Excellent work was done and we were very pleased with the work done. We would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone.
