We brought our dog to Aunt Linda's Pet Hotel for grooming. The staff who received us were professional enough. We answered questions on how we wanted the dog's hair cut. I specifically stated we wanted her only trimmed ands gaped up but to keep the length. When we returned to pick the dog up, I could hear a dog crying in the back. Then I heard a woman yelling at the dog to stop. The dog continued to cry. The woman yelled louder and threatened the dog. This made me very anxious. I could only image how all the poor dogs were feeling and I just wanted mine back. They brought our dog out. I swear to you, if the dog hadn't started squirming with exciting after seeing me, I honestly would not have known that was our dog. She was shaved down to a 1/4and quot; on her body. They shaved the bridge of her nose and all around her eyes to that she no longer looked like her breed. And, to make it all worse, they shaved her tail! This is a breed of dog with a question mark shaped tail with long, silky hair that looks like a feather. I have NEVER seen this breed with a shaved tail. Ever. Unbelievable! Our dog looks like a rat. Do not use this company for any of their stated services. The groomer completely disregarded our wishes and clearly knows nothing about the specifics on grooming certain breeds. In addition, the treatment of dogs is questionable. They yelled terribly at one dog and I would never want to leave our pet in their care ever again. Honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

They are a great place to board your dogs. They have staff there 24 hours a day. Nice clean facility

Their groomer, David, is the best dog groomer that has ever worked on my dog! He had her looking so beautiful and clean- and did exactly what I asked him to do in terms of hair length (alot of groomers I've been to go much shorter than I prefer). The man at the front desk, an older gentleman, wasn't very friendly at all- and thats my only real complaint. But I loved the services provided by the groomer. And I also had my cat groomed by a different groomer whose name I'm forgetting- but they did an amazing job too! Would definitely use this groomer again.
