JUSTICE FOR "SIGI" as I was away in Bradenton, Fl for my son n laws funeral July 29, 2021, my Sigi girl was boarded at THE DAWG HOUSE, GULFPORT, MS. an entrusted them with my precious baby of 4 yrs. old soon to be 5 Aug. 20. during my son -n -laws service, I recieve a phone call, that she got out of the play yard, with no one out there, said girl had run inside for something, an they also had contractors working on building new kennels, so the fencing was not partially put back up. Sigi an 2 others escaped, while Dawg House sits on a 4-lane hwy, unfortunately got hit by a truck, an they caught the other two dogs. A lady brought her in with this man, telling them dogs are escaping, the recpt. has the nerve to say the gate is broken!!!! the groomer took her to ER, Dr. called me at 6 pm saying she was cricitcal due to severe head/chest trauma they were doing everything possible. 9:15 he called back with the horrific news by baby had passed away in coma. I had to fly back the next day, when my daughter needed me, to take care of something NEGLIGENCE/IRRESPONSIBILITY an carelessness could have been avoided, I do have an attorney an we are working on shutting them down!!!!!!! Meanwhile, I have my precious baby who had an exellent mind/ heart love to play, loved people an was the best little girl you could have!!!! sick with grief I go to sleep now with fur left on her sheet next to me an her squirrel... ??????

took both my dogs loki and keanu in for grooming. took loki on may25th later that night he developed kennel then 2 days later his brother caught it from his brother. vet bill was 117.00 total bill including grooming 240.00. i emailed them and called them on may 25 and was told would get a call same day. no response. vet said they were not sanitizing properly. i will resume grooming with pet smart will cost more buy boys loki and keanu safety is most important.

We really like them. We have used them several times now. They do doggie daycare during the day. They let our dogs out to play. They have a big gym area. They separate the small dogs from the big dogs and let them play altogether throughout the day. Then for night time, they will put them in sleeping kennels. They treat them real good. They take really good care of them. The dogs love it. We have been happy. It's reasonably priced. So we have used them every time we've been out of town for the past couple of years. We are going to go out of town in February. We are going to use them in February. With regard to price, they give us a discount for each dog. I think it's $15 a day for the first dog, then the second dog is $10 and the third dog is $8. So if we have got more than one, we get progressive discounts. The last time we used them, we were gone for ten days. The price was $380 for three dogs. We can groom our dog while they are there. We can ask them and they will bathe and groom them. So when we pick them up, they are all clean and smell good. Once we sign our dogs up, they keep our information. When I make the reservation in February, if any of my dogs' shots have expired, they will call the vet and get him updated shots. So I don’t have to go do it. They do everything they can to make it as easy as they can on us as the owner, so that's nice.
