Real Estate Service
After negotiating the rent with them, they asked me to fill out a rental application which I did the same day. I asked for confirmation of receipt which I never received. Concerned, I emailed and called the office and did not receive a return email or call. After a few more days had passed, I called again and the office said they had received my application and they were waiting on the owner of the unit to respond. After more days passed, I asked my agent to call Schroeder to check. Shockingly, Schroeder told my agent that the unit had been rented!
