We had 2 large trees?removed in our yard among our lawn, rose bushes and several large garden boxes.? Not only did not one plant get damaged, but you couldn't tell the yard had been entered at all! This professional crew completed the job quickly dropping limbs with precision, cleaned up all the debris and put everything back in its place.? I was more than pleased with Big John's Tree Service!!

My back yard was pretty much a jungle what with all the fence overgrowth and a very invading climbing vine.  But even though I had changed my mind on their clearing my fence (due to extra cost), they did it anyway!!!  Afterwards, they cleaned up not only what they had cut, but the leaves and branches that had fallen on my house during the last storm and a trillion sweet gum balls littering the ground.  These guys were amazing and really went above and beyond!  They even swept off my roof and driveway!  I HIGHLY recommend them if you need a good GREAT, licensed and insured tree service.

After carefully removing the tree, they secured tarps over any open areas, removed all debris and ground down the stump to well below ground level. They brought all needed equipment (heavy and light, which was also in good working order) to the worksite.....no waiting for somebody to arrive with loaders, etc. Left work area clean and neat. All Crew Members had company shirts and dressed very appropriately. NONE talked on cell phones or stood around waiting to be told what to do. All acted professionally and answered any questions. We would use this company again without hesitation!

I was very pleased with the job they did and felt the cost was reasonable for what they did.  Very happy with their service and I will definitely use again in the near future.

I was extremely pleased throughout my experience. They were very professional through the entire experience (especially compared to the other companies from whom I got estimates). From the initial phone call to cleaning up after themselves, I could not be more pleased! At the estimate walk through, the employee took time with me, listened, explained things well and gave me a hard copy, detailed quote for my review.* Once I made the decision to use them, he continued to touch base with me by phone and keep me updated on their schedule. And, they were actually able to work me in much earlier than he originally quoted! They even took some extra limbs in our yard at no extra cost, and he called after the job was over to make sure I was pleased. It was a great experience all around. 
*I would also like to note for other female customers, I felt they treated me very professionally and never "talked down" to me or told me to "discuss it with my husband" etc. Very professional.
