I used Precise because they called me back after an initial rejection. Jennifer asked specific questions and a price was agreed upon. Rich arrived on time and immediately impressed me because he put on protective booties. The work was slightly misrepresented on my part due to ignorance, but it caused no problem except an extra step which took more time. No complaints and I realized there was no way I could have completed the job. I've got a plumber now and intend to use as needed.

From the first phone contact through the completion of the replacement of my water heater, Richard was courteous, thorough, and expeditious. He troubleshot additional issues that were apparent to him in my 18-year-old condominium. He is a skilled plumber, licensed, and insured, which you never know about these days. Precise Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will ever use in the future. Call them; you will not be disappointed.
