What a pleasure to deal with a reliable company..From the front desk gals who were so nice and explained what they would do and charge to Rich who scoured my house from roof to crawl space to search for cause of problem I new I was in good hands. I have recommended them to my friends and look forward to using them again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Merrimac (Chris). His professionalism, knowledge, and craftsmanship are traits that are few and far between in the residential market, (I have 25 years experience in industrial electrical). My Trane A/C and furnace were installed within the week (could've been done within days, but I had other estimates coming in). I could tell Chris takes pride in his work by the quality and attention to detail in the installation. I highly recommend Merrimac to anyone looking for a top-notch HVAC mechanic. They were informative. Once inside, I told them about the obvious problems and asked them to walk the house and evaluate all my plumbing and point out positives and negatives. They were terrific.

You get what you pay for!, very satisfied with MerriMac Services LLC. I had them replace a 20-year-old Water Heater and Toilet, snake the plumbing line to confirm that toilet was most likely the problem and not the drain line.

I don't usually get blown away by tradespeople I hire, but I was simply delighted with MerriMac Plumbing. I was overdue for a water heater and Rich Macomber came early on the day scheduled for an estimate, gave a complete and thorough evaluation of what was needed, answered all my questions in a most polite and professional manner, and offered a lower price than all my other estimates despite recommending several safety additions I should have had. He and his partner could even do the work the same day if I wanted and I was so impressed I hired him on the spot. I was not disappointed. Their most excellent work was meticulous and efficient and their absolute care in avoiding even a hint of mess getting the tank out of a second floor attic and through our house was indicative of the care they took throughout the project. You would do yourself a great favor by choosing them for your own project.

Initial call to set up the service appointment went well, the person o the other end already had the info from Home Advisor and had a range of dates/times for scheduling. Technician who came out to the house was prompt and knowledgeable, and explained what the issues were as he went. Excellent experience overall.

They called me shortly after I had posted the request for help. They came to the house when it was snowing outside and worked on the problem until it got to a point where it required them to return the next day. The office staff kept in touch with us all through the process by keeping us informed of their status and when to expect them to arrive. They came and worked until the problem was solved. They were friendly and very, very professional. I would recommend these guys to anybody because of the work that they did. Awesome, awesome experience. We're going to have the HVAC guy come back when the weather breaks to get a checkup of the HVAC system in the house. We're just confident that it's going to be done right.

I needed to have a broken garbage disposal removed and a new one installed. The job was accomplished quickly and efficiently. I also bought a new kitchen faucet from them and had that installed as well. I am considering another project for them to do. Very professional....friendly.....and most importantly knowledgeable....You will be happy with having them do your home projects.

Rich was friendly and professional. Booties to cover his shoes were a very nice touch. Removed and installed three bathroom faucets. Provided good recommendations on my outdoor faucet and HVAC lines. Excellent work and would recommend to others.

Rich was very professional , called ahead before he headed to my house ( he was here on time for the set appointment) , found the problem immediately and fixed it promptly . Also he inquired if I have any other plumbing problems and he fixed them all in the same day , same visit. He also made wise recommendations regarding prevention of further problems . Called on a Wednesday night in January and they were there 8am Thursday, even though it was not an emergency. Did a thorough job and even showed us some things about our heating that we didn't know -- which is going to make us a lot more comfortable and is goig to lower our fuel bill significantly.

Mertimac Services did a great job. Rich Macomber arrived promptly, was able to quickly determine the cause fir my water pressure issue, was able to explain as well as show me how he determined the cause. He then explained to me the options available to me with costs. Once I made my decision, he then proceeded to complete the job. he did a professional job with care and precision. i was so impressed i then talked with him concerning two other plumbing projects my wife and I have been thinking about getting done. i highly recommend Merrimac Services for your plumbing needs.
