+ -1 moreThere has been an overall bad experience with this technician. He has been dishonest, evaded phone calls, then flat out stated he did not care, he could be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: This company was to be complete warranty work on the compressor of a 5 ton Goodman heating and air unit. At the time the work was completed, the technician noted that the expansion valve was not connected to the compressor. He replaced the compressor under warranty without addressing the issue of the expansion valve. When the heat was run on the unit, it burned out the new compressor. The warranty has since run out on the unit and although this technician said he would complete the work since he knew about the problem in April 2011, he has since backed out of correcting his mistake and the homeowners are out all the cost.
