Highly recommend! Guardian Foundation LLC is a professional company, with a professional workforce. The work crews are knowledgeable, courteous, and answer any questions completely. The job was completed exactly the way it was bid. There were no hidden fees, add-ons or extras that were not in the bid. The company came sooner than expected. Their workspace was cleaned each night. Our project included a trench drain in the basement with a sump pump and dehumidifier, installation of 8 steel beams and jacks, and burying a gutter system to divert the flow of water away from our house. Overall, the work crew was good natured, pleasant, and just really enjoyed making our hosue more stable.

I wasn't very pleased with the work done they are hard workers but didn't seem to do quality work the french drain wasn't deep enough now the gutter drains are exsposed the drains under the concrete walkway have a hump ware they put new concrete down .I looked in the crawl space after they were done it wasn't sealed off very good the moisture can still come that makes the dehumidifier work harder
