Mike and his team were awesome to work with. Mike accommodated my late schedules for site visits for installing a french-door in the basement. We initially went for a lower-cost option (just a window and a normal door). But after talking to Mike and looking at all the options, we decided to splurge and buy a french-door online and just have Mike install it (the cost was higher since the door cost more online). Mike was okay with it. On the day of the installation, I surprised Mike by asking him if he can possibly get the door from Lowes (my buddy's truck was not available). Mike and his crew handled my surprises with professionalism and grace. They got the door from Lowest and installed it. Then I realized that I also had forgotten to get a lock for the door. So someone from the crew had to go get a lock so they can lock the door before they leave. Mike was gracious and did not charge me for all the extra leg-work (I did pay for the lock). When I came home, there was this awesome door in the basement. What was a dark basement is now a well lite area that opens up to my backyard. I would definitely recommend Mike and his entire crew to anyone !

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job of finishing our basement which included a full bath, bedroom and a family room. Mike and crew were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We hired Mike to design and build our deck.When water damage was found under the old deck, Mike and his crew went above and beyond to fix the damage. The new cedar deck was done at budget and on time. Our new deck is beautiful

Worked with me on a bid and even though his schedule was booked, was able to get out and take care of my water heater before it collapsed!

Mike was the first to call me after I submitted my Home Advisor request. He was extremely polite and professional, and he was very responsive. He kept me in the loop throughout all phases of the project, as I do not live in Missouri. He was able to install our new water heater the next day. I like the fact that he also performs other home maintenance, as I asked him to look at my deck, and provide an estimate on replacing the decking boards. I will definitely use him again for home maintenance needs.

They were able to start on my project right away. I would definitely hire them again. They had one minor item to come fix and did so the first thing the next business day. I'm not sure how to rate for the value for the money as they were about the same as other bids we got.

We are early in the process and are doing a full kitchen remodel. They started 3 days ago but I will say that Mike and his team from MH Contracting have been amazing. So far the work has been done exactly the way it was described. They clean up each day to the point where there is little to no debris or dust. To say they are professional is an understatement. During the initial process when I had questions I cannot remember a time Mike did not pick up his phone immediately or call me back within a few minutes. It is seldom you find a contractor that is as professional and thorough as Mike and his team. I noticed another review saying they were straightforward and I could not agree more. I absolutely highly recommend MH Contracting. We will use them for every repair or addition to our home moving forward or rely on Mike for his guidance as to who to use. Mike has fully explained what they are doing at every step and then explained what will happen next. Again, I fully recommend MH Contracting.

Loved these guys. Mike and the crew were true professionals. The quality of work was amazing and beautiful. They really took pride in what they were doing. I really appreciated the straightforward approach without a bunch of salesmanship and bluster, just good common sense. The entire crew was very respectful and hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone and we will certainly use them next time.

They did a great job, it went far beyond our expectations. When the order for the windows got messed up they were very apologetic and upset. They went out of there way to make sure it was as good as it could be and they wouldn't take our payment until everything was completely done. I watch a toddler in our home and they were very cooperative and accommodating with the situation. We have started planning the next project for them to do!
