They did a fantastic job. We have had other companies out who just weren?t worth it. The work was very thorough for the seeding and aerating. The trimming of the bushes was great as well. We are very pleased with the work and I would definitely use them again.

Was never able to actually get them to come out and do the work. I guess they have other customers who are more important.

The tree service was ok, but the landscaping people were horrible. They would show up late, if they showed up at all. On more than one occasion the crew didn't show up when they were scheduled to, and they didn't even call to let us know. We had to track them down and inquire why they were absent. The end results of the work they did are terrible. Much of the hole filling they did eroded away within days, the grass they planted has grown in patchy at best, and many of the weeds they removed have grown back. The manager of the landscaping division seemed nice at first, but as soon as we questioned his crew and the job they were doing he became very defensive. He was very unprofessional, even to the point that we reported him to the owner of the company. I would never recommend anyone use this company for any kind of work. They are unreliable and do a sloppy job.

It was great. They were very professional and had the right equipment. They had good lookers. They were big trees. They just climbed up the trees and trimmed them all up. It looks much better now. Their prices were very competitive and we had two other estimates.

They came out and looked at the job. They quoted a price of $1200 which I thought was a little high, and so we didn?t use them. We had other recommendations for them as well. I haven?t had any interaction with them apart from having them give me a quote but they sounded professional. They were responsive - they called me right away. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

They did a very good job and answered all my questions that I had about my various trees around my property.

I had ten trees all around my house, with four of them having branches overhanging my roof. After the big storms last spring, I was nervous about having so many branches above the roof. The workmen showed up early in the morning, and brought a bucket truck that could reach up to my roof from the street without going in my yard. They got all the trees trimmed, and ground up the debris, and were gone within a few hours. Everything was done as promised, and I should also have fewer leaves falling next year!

I had a backyard that was washing away from under a 40 year old red maple, so I had exposed tree roots as well as an exposed pipe from the basement . Mike, the supervisor, brought in several workmen to dig out unnecessary tree roots, get my sump pump pipe lowered, and covered the entire area with topsoil. They also planted grass seed and threw out straw. Unfortunately, the 9.5" of rain of October washed away a lot of the top soil and seed, and so a few weeks later, they came back and reworked the soil, replanted seed, and basically redid their original work at no extra charge. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Removal of tree stumps was done well and quickly. But, the leveling and clearing out of the residual area was only a quick raking of the tree stump remains, and they did that within 2 minutes. We distinctly recall asking for them to clear out that area so there was well prepared for sod. The sod was laid a couple of weeks later and we appreciate the company how the sod was put down as it filled in the area very well. Overall, we would use the company again despite not getting as much as we had asked for on the first part of the service.

We requested an estimate on their website, giving the details of what we needed done. We received a call to set up a time for that. A few days later the work was done. Roger Branson did the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful as were the men who did the work. They came when we expected them and did a good job cleaning up. We were especially pleased with the way the maples were pruned, as we have had trouble finding someone who really knew how to do it well.

They were punctual and they did a very good job.

The estimate was on a contract form; when you sign, you agree to the terms, which included a 20% cancellation fee if you sign and then cancel the work. I challenged them on that, due to a past experience with a contractor that kept putting me off for weeks after signing the contract and it was difficult to get out of. I wasn't about to pay 20% to get out of a contract if they hadn't done any of the work or made a firm commitment on when they would do the work. I challenged them on that over the phone before I signed the contract, and they agreed to waive that portion of the contract. Otherwise, I would have gone with a different company.

I have lots of trees that dropped trillions of leaves. My husband had already raked 30+ bags. I contacted several companies. This company was expensive, but the bid was firm. Other companies were slightly cheaper, but had additional fees. I contacted three companies and didn't get any bids. Allen Tree was giving me a wonderful bid for taking two of the trees out. I asked if they did leaf removal. I had a bid in two days after the call to the leaf removal service. The leaf crew called twice to say they were coming, but they didn't show. They came the day after the second call. Oddly enough, they did not call on the day that they showed up. They did a great job. It took 3 men 2 hours to blow trillions of leaves onto tarps and suck them up into their leaf munching machine.

Scheduled a day for est., but got a call that afternoon that the estimator was stuck in traffic and would not make it. He would have to come one day the next week and would call ahead. Called me ahead to come out the next week. I got a call the day of the rescheduled estimate saying estimator had been hurt and would have to reschedule a 2nd time. I was patient and understanding, but after no call within 1.5 wks I called back. (This was attempt number THREE on my part to get their estimate). Said they didn't know what day he could come, were aware I had bids from other co.'s, and if I needed to go with one of them they would understand. I told them to still try to do my estimate, call ahead, and if I had hired someone else by that time I would let them know. That was 2 wks. ago and still no call. They seem to have a very good reputation, but my experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. Don't know if I'd call them again in the future or not. Unfortunate.

I thought that this was a good experience. I was very comfortable with the workers because I was able to communicate with them. I think that is important. They did a great job cleaning everything up and now my yard looks much better. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN ARRIVING FOR THE ESTIMATE AND VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. LEAD TIME TO PERFORM THE WORK WAS ABOUT TWO WEEKS, AND THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT TOOK 5 MEN ABOUT ONE HOUR TO TRIM ALL THE DEADWOOD AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARD, AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH, INCLUDING ON THE STREET WHERE THEY USED THEIR CHIPPER. VERY POLITE. VERY CAREFUL OF MY PROPERTY. THEY DID NOT USE SPIKES TO CLIMB THE TREE SO NO HARM WAS DONE TO THE TREE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. PRICE WAS CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN OTHERS QUOTED.

THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY CUT THE TREE DOWN.

IT TOOK A WHILE, AND I THINK THEY OVERCHARGED ME.

MY TREES LOOKED GREAT, AND I'M HAVING THEM COME BACK AND DO SOME MORE.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB, AND THEY CLEAN UP VERY WELL.

THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT CAN BE DONE IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS.
