The staff is pleasant, friendly. Accountant takes her time to answer questions and concerns.

She is great, she does captain's payroll, she does our taxes and I just can't believe how inexpensive she is, compared to other people we tried to use, we got less results. I got audited. They said I owed the IRS in the neighborhood of $17,000 then they went over my stuff, that's the first time I went to her. She said, Charles you owe $800. She amended the return; we are going to be audited because this is such a big change, that's fine. I got audited for 3 years. Jane, me and the IRS meet in her office, I never met or saw the IRS once, and she handled it all. And they audited me for 3 years, and only 1 of the years was the year that Jane did for me and when it was all said and done, I owed like $2800 or $3000 for 3 years, absolutely unreal. Here's the kicker, IRS are in the office for a week straight. They charge me $600, for 3 years at $600 are you kidding me? I can't say enough about her. She is enrolled agent, not a CPA. An enrolled agent have more training on tax law, she does really know tax law.

First I never had to meet with the IRS the audit took place in her office and she stood by the deductions that were claimed. Long story short the IRS said that I owed in exess of 12k. After audit it was 2200. She is great I have referred many people to her and they are all very pleased. Her ethics are extremly high as is her knowledge of tax law.
