Everything went very well. OJ Laughlin Plumbing was very cooperative in scheduling the work quickly. The technician met me at the condo at the time agreed, and the work was completed quickly. Everything was neat and clean when he finished. The tech was friendly and professional. The office was most helpful in ensuring I had the documentation needed to show the buyer the work was done. I will call this company any time I need plumbing work!

Perfect. I don't think I could have written a better script for how the project went from the time I placed the call until the job was completed. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, asked good questions, was able to get my repair serviced the same day, called when the tech was on his way. The tech was outstanding. He removed his boots before coming into my house (it snowed today), explained the needed repairs, went to work and completed the job quickly and from all visual accounts, accurately. The tech was extraordinarily professional. This is the third or fourth time I've used OJ Laughlin and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Last weekend I needed emergency dental work. I called two dentists for whom I am not a patient. Both offered to treat me and did an outstanding job. My family will switch to this dentist. Contrast that to 15 minutes ago. I called this company who told me they do not take emergency calls from non-clients. That is what I will remain, a non-client.

He checked everything until he located the cause, made an adjustment which greatly improved the situation. We liked that he explained the way it worked and suggested a possible change in equipment we could do immediately or in the future. He only charged for the visit.

The plumber, Clayton, was extremely courteous and very efficient. Water line is code compliant, and was finished in less than an hour. I've used OJ Laughlin on other small plumbing jobs. Always satisfied with their work.

It did not go! We contacted Laughlin at 9:00 am and were advised that we would receive a call back. At 2:05 pm, we again called and after some delay, during which we listened to a commercial which praised Laughlin, were told that they would not do our repair until Friday. Needless to say, we will not be using or calling that plumber again.

Fine! This is the 3rd time I have used O.J. Laughlin, and this is the 3rd time all went well. This may be weird to notice and care about, Their plumbers have always been dressed nicely, shirts tucked in and professional looking. I don't know the cost yet. He was just here and they will send a bill. He was here just under an hour.
