Description of Work: AZS came out immediately to add freon to a leaky A/C just in time for out of town guests. They gave us an approximation for a new A/C when we can afford it (we're also experiencing leaking roof which needs repacing).

Description of Work: AZS installed a variable speed Trane furnace and A/C in addition to a Honeywell humidifier. They offered excellent advice and service to meet our needs. So far we are very happy with our system, especially the variable speed motor which they recommended for more consistent temperature and additional energy savings. AZS had serviced our old system since 2007. Our experience in dealing with them twice a year for regular maintenance led us to trust their knowledge and excellent service when it was time to replace the old system.

 + -1 moreWe met Brian at the Home Show and arranged for him to give us an estimate. He arrived at the agreed upon time, looked over our home, and discussed what he thought we would need, giving us a written estimate that included several options and add on's that we could consider. He was informative, but did not pressure us. We got several other bids and decided on his company. They came at 8 a.m. on the designated day. There were two men doing the job along with Brian, the man who had given us the estimate. They were very polite, and they even took a few minutes to befriend our dog, Jake! They worked until about 3 p.m. without taking a lunch break. The new box outside was a different size than our old one, and they even took some extra siding we had and made it look great! You couldn't tell it wasn't there all along! They explained to me how to use the new thermostat, and said I could call with any questions. They left everything as neat as they found it. We highly recommend them!
Description of Work: They removed our heating and air conditioning equipment (26 years old!) and installed all the new equipment. We got a ComfortMaker 100K BTU 80% Gas Furnace, and a ComfortMaker 3 ton air conditioner. We also installed three add on's: humidifier, 3 ton a/c mainline, and an electric air cleaner. We have a 10 year warranty on the compressor, 5 years on parts, 20 years on the heat exchanger, and 1 year on labor. They disposed of all the old equipment.
