Matthew arrived on time. He was professional in his attire and his approach. He sat down and listened first to what the problems were and then went to work. Only stopping to ask where something might be or if he could have access to a certain room or area. Before he left he Wrote down what the problem was, how he fixed it, what needed to be done if we had problems in the future. He even drew a picture of how things needed to be connected and also changed their IP addresses to matching ones. When he left we could get on the internet and stay on for more than 10 minutes which wasn't the case before he came. Everyone is happy, happy, happy now. We can surf, watch movies, email, play games. My husband doesn't need to drive down the road to our neighbors and sit in his driveway to work anymore. The family is once again connected so to speak!!!
