My truck had been running weird for a week. It acted like it was going to die and would shake periodically. They told me to bring it in to see what the issue was. I had a cylinder 4 misfire. I didn't know what this meant, but they explained it to me. They replaced my spark plugs and one ignition coil. Many automotive placed would want me to replace all six ignition coils to make more money, but they did the work required to fix my problem. I will definitely go back to Ratholland for any other work my truck needs. They are honest and hardworking there. They had my parts ordered, delivered, and installed within only a couple hours. I was impressed by the fast turnaround.
