+ -1 moreI spend about $1000 a month for his services. I like the office manager. She's very personable and she makes sure whatever need to get done gets done. If there is a problem, she tries to address it to the best of his ability. The thing I don't like about them is sometimes they don't take care of the small things that need to be addressed, but it isn't that bad. They won't always take care of your neighbor issues like loud noises or complaints and they suggest that you talk to the property manager about it. Otherwise, they take good care of the property and they try to take care of any issues that you may have.
Description of Work: I use Jacobs Realty, Inc. Property Management for property management.
