+ -1 moreThey are very thorough. They are very honest and very adamant about being honest. They refuse to fix something that does not need to be fixed. They will actually show you the inside of the air conditioner and show you what needs to be fixed and why it needs to be fixed. They are very helpful, friendly, and available. The only negative about them is they talk too much.
