+ -1 moreIt has been nothing but trouble. The company was very difficult to work with. When we did get them to do anything they messed it up. For example, we needed a new motor and they sent us three; just crazy stuff. There were multiple repairs on one and then they replaced that treadmill. That one had problems so they sent another one. For one purchase we probably have had three treadmills come to our house, ultimately, just to get one that would work. They are just nasty to work with and the product was awful. It was expensive, too. It was about $1,500 for a treadmill. We thought we were getting a professional grade treadmill.
