BEWARE! While Hesiris from 82 Amp was initially responsive and pleasant, the project to install a smart transfer switch for Jackery battery back-up and solar generator was a big failure. Hesiris claimed that he already had prior experience working with this specific system AND I provided the installation instructions multiple times, well in advance. Clearly he and his team could not follow the instructions, and failed to add ANY of the critical circuits clearly specified in my communications and in quoted project and then changed claimed they couldn't get the hardware (100/125Amp electrical panel which was easily available for the original quote locally at Home Depot). To make matters worse they didn't tell me about the $1700+ price increase until AFTER they spent 7 hours that day to attempt installation of my Smart Transfer Switch that ultimately does not work. They promised to contact Jackery the following week and fix the problem. Furthermore, the broke another unrelated GFI circuit in my home (still not working). Within 24 hours of of making a payment of $4800+ on the promise that they would come back and get it working I was ghosted. There were responses to any further texts, phone or emails to resolve the issues. They may be very pleasant to get and during the job, but unprofessional, poor quality work and misleading practices with respect to my Jackery installation. Lesson learned.....

Service went perfect. I initially wanted a quote but what had me sold was the fact that the staff was not pushy and they gave me a really really good price. That and actually helped me get a bigger electrical box than I needed. I ended up getting it because I will eventually get a pool, electric vehicle, solar panels and more mining machines. Need a lot of power so this helped me out.
