 + -1 moreAnthony gave me a three year no leak guarantee for an additional $4,000 which I gladly paid. He the. Whined and nagged about standing behind the guarantee for the next three years. I had him do an additional job to lay down TPO which he said would stop a leak. This cost me $11,500 and is still leaking to this day. He is a nice guy and we gave him chance after chance. He does not keep his promises to come out and fix the jobs that he did.
Description of Work: Needed leaks fixed on my flat roof.

 + 0 moreThey were prompt and polite. They got the roof on in a day. They had to come back to fasten it down a bit more because it started coming up on the edges, but they took care of it. Its been over 6 months now since the roof was put on and I am happy to report there hasn't been any leaks. I am very happy with my experience with the Flat Roof Company.
Description of Work: The Flat Roof company replaced my existing tar and gravel roof with a new TPO roof system and new gutter and downspouts.
