Same ownership since inception almost 30 years ago. High-quality workmanship performed by long-time, hourly employees. (Many contractors in the industry solely sub-contract.) We even have an in-house sheet metal crew for copper roofs, copper gutters, commercial gutter systems and other metal work. (We do use the same sub-contractor, since inception, for residential gutter replacement only.) RICHARDS ROOFING & EXTERIORS, INC. HAS RECEIVED ANGIE'S LIST SUPER SERVICE AWARD IN ROOFING CONTINUOUSLY FROM 2004 THROUGH 2018. This is more years than many of the other area roofing contractors have been in business ! First of all -- this company responded! I called other roofing companies in the past who did not respond nor follow up.
Then, the rest of the process was easy from start to finish . . . selecting the shingles . . . getting a detailed, professional bid . . . to completion of the work. Great communication with their team.
And, the crew left the site so clean when they were finished.
