Ricardo's Outdoor Pros LLC

I found them through a friend. I think with the extra landscaping it took six hours to do it. The one thing that I am trying to work out with them is a bid. I wanted a bid and they went ahead and did it. I was probably going to use them anyways. Their prices are competitive, so it's not that big of a deal, but for someone who is not sure if they want to use them or it's a big project. I think they assume because, you are using them for the lawn service, you are going to use them for other services. They have been good about returning my phone calls and I could see what their prices are and I think they are very competitive. I don't get the feeling that they are over charging. I think they are a little better. The landscaping looks amazing. I wanted to find someone quick and they were the first ones to respond. I probably would have spent a little more time evaluating if I wasn't happy with their work. They seem to be doing a good job. I haven't told them a specific time and day that I want them to come, so they just come. They are prompt to make sure that my yard looks nice. They respond and keep my yard looking good. I did address the issue of them just doing the work without a bid and they said that they wouldn't do it again. When I have called them, they answer the phone right away.
