I HAD SHOPPED SEVERAL STORES THAT CARRIED THE BRAND I WAS LOOKING FOR. ALL OF THEM "SAID " THEY WOULD GLADLY SPECIAL ORDER FABRICS TO MATCH MY CHAIR, BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO THIS, THEY ALL BACKED UP AND TRIED TO TALK ME INTO WHATEVER THEY HAD IN STOCK. KEITH NOT ONLY FOUND A GREAT SOFA FOR ME (A STYLE I HAD NOT SEEN BEFORE) , BUT HE WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO SPECIAL ORDER IT IN FABRIC TO MATCH MY CHAIR. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 WEEKS TO GET THE SOFA. IT TOOK 8 WEEKS AND 1 DAY FOR THE SOFA TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY HAULED OUT MY OLD SOFA (WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY FEE) AND SET UP MY NEW SOFA JUST WHERE I WANTED IT. I HAD MY DOUBTS ABOUT SPECIAL ORDERING FURNITURE AND WAITING FOR IT, BUT I'M GLAD I DID. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A NEW RECLINER, AND I WILL GO BACK TO GOEDEKER'S TO FIND IT WITH NO WORRY THAT IF THEY DON'T HAVE EXACTLY WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR, THEY WILL ORDER IT FOR ME.

TERRIBLE! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH AN APPLIANCE STORE. THE SALES SERVICE AND DELIVERY ARE HORRIFIC. WE ORDERED 5 APPLIANCES AND THERE WERE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH ALL OF THEM. THE SERVICE IS WORSE THAN BAD AND THE STAFF IS UNRESPONSIVE. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

I was reluctant to use this store because of a previous unpleasant experience, however I encountered Mr. Zinna who was cooperative and willing to work with me. He offered very competitive pricing on stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances including a dual fuel range, over the range microwave, refrigerator with bottom mount freezer and dishwasher. Some confusion ensued regarding availability of the product which I thought would be a deal breaker, but Mr. Zinna pursued this with great energy, and in fact, the appliances were ready before the contractors were ready to install. In addition, since I purchased four appliances, I received an additional $500 rebate from the manufacturer. I give him very high marks for his efforts on this transaction.

It had been working fine, but then one morning there was water all over the kitchen floor. We had purchased an extended warranty, so they came out to look at the refrigerator, and found that it needs a new compressor, which is a major part. I have since found out that there are problems with the design, and mainly the compressor. They told me they would replace the compressor, but since I have seen there are so many problems, I want them to replace the refrigerator, and they are not willing to do that.

Sales floor experience was excellent. The salesman and sales manager were very helpful in explaining features, options, price, etc. The owner, Steve Goedeker came over and introduced himself and asked how things were going. Delivery was prompt and installation well done. New hoses and dryer power cord were provided. They took away the old machines at no extra cost. Overall rating was excellent and we would do business with them again.

BUYING APPLIANCES WAS THE EASY PART. WHEN MY FRIDGE DIDN'T ARRIVE WHEN EXPECTED, I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WASN'T ORDERED. IT WOULD BE 9 MORE DAYS. THE SURVEY REPORT WAS FAXED TO THE SALESMAN, BUT HE DIDN'T CALL. DAYS LATER, I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE REPORT DIDN'T HAVE WHAT WAS ASKED. THE SALESPERSON WOULD CHECK. A DAY LATER, ANOTHER CALL TO THE SALESMAN, THE SURVEYOR TOOK A LONG WEEKEND. FIVE DAYS LATER, THE SALESMAN HASN'T CALLED, THE SURVEY RESULTS ARE UNKNOWN, AND THE VENT HASN'T BEEN ORDERED. DURING THIS TIME, I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER SALESMAN AND A MANAGER, THUS THE PROBLEM WAS KNOWN. THAT FIFTH DAY, I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS OFFICE, CANCELED THE ORDER, AND TOLD HER WHY. SHE SAID A CREDIT WOULD BE ISSUED. TWO DAYS LATER, THE SALESMAN LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL. THREE DAYS AFTER CONTACTING THE BUSINESS OFFICE, THE CREDIT HADN'T BEEN ISSUED. MY HUSBAND THEN CALLED AND RECEIVED A CREDIT THAT DAY.
