Shocked and awed! From the hour that salesman Tom helpfully spent sitting in my car on a rainy day in front of the building picking out fabrics to the invited visit into the warehouse to the 2 1/2 week turnaround time (!) from start to finish (originally quoted 4), I was shocked and awed. Jean, the owner, was very welcoming, reassuring, professional and competent and their in-house graphic design person did a bang up job picking the script style and ordering on our awning. This is clearly a small company that really cares about what they do! How very refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in a second. And, the picture doesn't do the awning justice. It looks so much better in person. Very pleased!
