Mike and his crew were very professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves every day and kept in contact with us regarding the uncertainty with the weather. We had a lot of brick work that needed the mortar drilled out and refilled.

Initial contact was all positive but communication and punctuality declined as the project moved forward. The tuckpointing is good in some areas and is sloppy and unfinished in others. The porch repair had to be redone in some areas, and one area wasn't fixed at all after being told it would be done before the project started. After asking why it wasn't fixed, I was told it was too hard to repair without causing further damage....I don't understand why I was told it could be fixed, but then told it was too hard after I paid for the service. I know it's hard...that's why I hired them to fix it. Anyway, you get what you pay for. Price was incredibly cheap and I do expect the repairs to hold up even if it's not pretty in spots. I would hire them again for tuckpointing since that was done well and at an affordable price. I would not hire them for anything that is complex or requires fine craftsmanship. to be clear. I would absolutely hire them again for tuckpointing.

Response from All-Brick Tuckpointing
[member name removed] Jun 2 to me Looks good from what I could see when I got home! I'll get to see it better in the morning though. Very happy with the end results. This is the final email I received from this customer on the job...Very surprised at this review...The previous mason had mortar all over the stone and steps not to mention a wall blown out..I explained to Brandon we can only make it water tight and clean only so much of the mess job done by previous mason..and to tear down the blown out wall and relay would cost a lot more in which he declined...We also repaired 3 extra steps at no charge because we were told it would effect our final review if we did not...so much for that ...We are very disappointed because we take a great deal of pride in our work and want all of our customers to feel comfortable in dealing with our company...:(

Have 8514 and 8516 complex to have been tuck pointed. The work was started on July 16th; he was never there every day. He came and worked then left periodically. The new air conditioners were installed one moth prior. He did not cover or ask for the AC’s to be shut off. I had to call an ac guy to come in and fix them, so I had to call someone in. the job was supposed to be for $6500 and I took off three hundred and he said that he was ripped. I told him that I would supply a receipt to show that I had the AC contractor do the work, as of today 9/9 the house and around the house has not been washed or cleaned. My mother passed away on August 22nd, and we buried her on August 26th and on August 30th. He used profanity and kept hanging up on me and refused to honor the job.
