O'Toole Auto Glass

On 4/21 the installer showed up on time, was friendly and replaced the widow and repaired the chip.  On 5/30 my wife complained to me that the car was rattling and she couldn't figure out where the rattle was coming from.  So we took her car to lunch and on the way the bezel that holds the home link garage door opener, and map lights fell down (see picture).  At this point we decided that it would be better not to drive the car until it could be fixed.  There has been no one in the car besides my wife and I between the time that the glass was fixed and the bezel fell down.  I called O'Toole Auto Glass on 5/30.  Received a call back mid-week and agreed to leave the car in front of the house unlocked for the installer to look at.  The installer called and left a message on 6/5 to give him a call.  I returned the call on 6/6.  He called back a little later and told me there is no way that he could have broken the bezel.  I am including a picture of the installation and a picture of the broken bezel so people can judge for themselves.  As you can see the bezel sticks out from under the roof of the car to the mirror mount.  The logical conclusion is that something came in contact with the protruding bezel cracking the plastic mounts.  In the second picture where the bezel is hanging from the roof, you can see the broken mount and the bolt that use to secure it.

Service person was prompt, called to confirm appointment time and was courtious and professional.

I have used O'toole on two occasions during the past 18 months. Both to replace front windshields on different cars. I was fully satisfied on all aspects. The first time they replaced the glass at my work. The second time at home. Different installers but both were very professional and explained the details. Both time the installers showed up exactly on schedule. The office contacts went well and easy to contact. The first time I went through insurance and the second I did not shop for price (in part because of my good first time experience). I do not know how they compare with regards to cost. I assume competitive. I would select O'toole again and recommend them to anyone needing auto-glass repair.
