The surveyor that came out, worked here for three days to get everything located . Apparently verifiable points to get started with weâ re almost nonexistent. I was starting to get concerned that I would end up being charged a whole lot more than the original price, but the surveyor told me that sometimes it does takes several days to get everything located, and that his bosses understand that had a very good experience with them and definitely recommend them. .

Using Altea was a great experience. They contacted me immediately, explained the cost followed up promptly with all the paperwork required. Steven the surveyor was pleasant and did his job. I had asked that he let me know when he was leaving, and he did. The price was reasonable, and I received the survey information promptly a few days later. I needed my yard surveyed for a fence I am having installed. This was a great company to work with, would definitely recommend.

I was told it would only take 30 minutes from the receptionists and when the surveyor arrived he advised me it would take 2-3 hours. The surveyor advised that he would have to drive around to look out utilities to confirm for the address and would be around. I was working from home throughout the time and needed to return to work and by noon I look outside and the surveyor was not there. I figured he was looking around at utilities, grabbed lunch or was using the bathroom. I called the company at 1pm and asked where he was and they advised me that he already drove back. I had questions to ask him in person about the property and did not want to follow him around that whole time but figured as a courtesy he would tell me he is done and if I had any questions. Other than that they did well.
