We needed to have 5 deadbolts replaced and rekeyed. Called ARC after looking on Angie's List and speaking with several other companies. From the first call to the completion of the install, I could not be happier. Very responsive, professional, respectful and tidy. Explained everything at the beginning and after the work was completed. Locksmith found a couple of minor items during the course of the install. Pointed out the items and corrected the issues and didn't charge me. ARC will always be my go to for Locksmith service in the future.

Talked to Tony first to set up the service call.  Ram called ahead and was right on time.  Needed locks at recently purchased home rekeyed.  The service plan was $95 for 4 locks and included 2 keys made.  Didn't have keys for 3 of the doors so he needed to pick the locks and rekey.  He was very upfront about any extra charges, which came to $27 but included making an additional 6 keys and $5 for each lock that needed picked.



His truck was basically a store.  Instead of going somewhere and having keys made and hoping they fit Ram made them in his truck and we tried all of them to make sure they worked.



I would highly recommend ARC Locksmith Service.  They are very professional and fast.  I'll put their number in my phone in case I need a locksmith in an emergency!!

Superman ARC LOCKSMITH came to the rescue.  He not only accepted less $ of the original quote, his arrival time was so quick the "no good," first technician was still on the drive.  AND it was CHRISTMAS DAY!

I was at Great Escape Movie Theater, went inside to check movie times...next thing I know... a man tapped my shoulder and said "Is that your car?  It just rolled off and hit a tree."

The car was in gear, in drive, LOCKED, hugging a curb on an incline.  The first operator I called "Locksmith Expert," (NO GOOD) quoted me an outrageous amount saying "no one else is working on the holiday... this is dangerous, a liability for me... your insurance will reimburse you."  I WASN'T BUYING IT.  I sent him away with the $20 service fee.

THEN ARC came to the rescue!!!

Last week, I discovered that someone had broken into my new home--before I had even moved in!  Because there was no damage to any of the doors or windows, I figured it was someone who had one of the keys from the previous owner (or someone who knew where a key was hidden outside).  Nothing was stolen, but things were moved around, lights left on, doors left unlocked, and one tool was damaged.  I was seriously freaked out.  I called ARC, and they offered to come out within HOURS once I explained what was going on. They were true to their words, arrived on time, were done in less than an hour, made me extra new keys, and even made few recommendations for safety to prevent anything ever happening in the future.  I LOVED working with these gentlemen and would recommend them again to ANYONE.  Fabulous.

The locksmith did not charge an additional service call after he found a replacement.  Very happy with the work and price.

Service couldn't have been better. Friendly, high quality, helpful, and excellent value. Service man actually made a second service call because we did not have a key for the third door that needed to be keyed the same as other doors. However, he lived close and didn't charge for the extra visit. Wow - amazing service.

I purchased a $29 deal for a locksmith service call as multiple sets of keys had been lost to my home.  Unfortunately, the technician was late because he had to take a tool to another technician but I never received a phone call to that effect. The technician arrived and changed all 3 locks.  I tested all the keys before he left and the garage door key was not  working - so that took extra time.

Prompt courteous effective service; could not have asked for better.

I bought the special for $95 to re-key four locks. He showed up with a smile and completed the job. My total was a bit more because he had to fabricate a key specifically for my door, and I purchased extra keys. The tech was nice, articulate, kind, and was in and out. He knew exactly what he was doing when working with my locks and doors... I say this because each door had a different style of lock so it was not a complete cookie cutter situation.  He was great, and I WILL be working with this company again and recommending them to family and friends. Thanks Angie's List for pointing me in their direction!
