Performed the job to my satisfaction.

They did a great job. They were here on time both days and got to work right away. They took one 15 minute break each day and ate their lunch in the sunroom. I never saw them talking on the phone or taking any other breaks. The quality of their work is tremendous and they cleaned the room up better than it was before they came. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We first reviewed the products at the Pella showroom and arranged for a salesman to visit and give us a detailed estimate for our site. We ended up choosing Anderson products because the security pins seemed more substantial.

This company has a well earned reputation for quality work. They proved that while they worked in and around my home. They dealt with the small problems that came up professionally. They didn't over charge me for the work they did.

The folks at the store were helpful. Our estimator was very through and knowledgeable. However, the paperwork must have been put aside, as the appointment for installation took far to long, and only after a call to Pella, was it discovered that they had failed to schedule the install. They were able to get to us quickly, after that happened. The installation crew was on time, but not completely prepared for the unexpected weather and we had water in the house. They came back the next day to install the master bath window. They were on time and professional. We were able to deduct the cost of the water clean-up and we had only one call back to finish some caulking they had not done to the windows downstairs.

Glenn Fialka came to look at the picture windows we wanted to replace and took measurements. He explained how the original windows, (which were long gone), had worked and showed me how he could tell that two had been sash windows. Glenn offered me options, explaining the details of each, the cost and benefits. He did the same with the floor to ceiling sash window which was too narrow to replace with French style doors and remain historically accurate. Glenn also explained that due to the size of the windows it might take up to eight weeks for installation. We received a quote within a week, and the windows were installed in six weeks. The installers were courteous, professional, and friendly. They were very careful and cleaned up all the debris left from their work.

The representative arrived on time and was very professional. He was very thorough and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and made a couple of suggestions that were very helpful. It did not take very long to have the windows made and installed and they could not look better. I highly recommend them.

The process of getting an estimate from Pella was one of the best of all the six bids we received. Rather than a hand-written incomplete estimate, we received a computer print-out that was itemized with every feature we would be getting on the door, plus any alternatives (and prices) that we were considering. We chose to go with Pella because of the combination of value and quality, compared with other products we saw. The installation was done within three weeks of the order, and the installers were professional and left the work site spotless. Before this process, I thought Pella products would be out of our price range, but it turned out to be in the mid-range of our bids (much less than Andersen and Champion) and we are very pleased with the result. We would use them again and would definitely recommend the company others.

The experience was terrific. The Pella customer service rep, Tina, was very attentive, she promptly scheduled a technician to come to my house at MY earliest convenience. The technician arrived on time 7:30 am.) He was very quick to fix the door. In and out in less than 1/2 hour. The window has not had a problem since. Based on the professional service, I would do business with them again.

Everyone at Pella was great to work with. The salesman was helpful, and the installers did a great job. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I LOVED THE PEOPLE THEY SENT OUT TO DO THE WORK. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH, VERY POLITE, RELIABLE, AND THEY CLEAN UP. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

WE LIKED THE WINDOWS, BUT NOT THE SALESMAN. HE DIDN'T WANT TO WORK WITH US. WE HAD A CRACK IN ONE WINDOW AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO WORK WITH US, BUT THEY CAME AND REPAIRED THAT.
