We called them because the electrician we used to use, Clayshire, went out of business and Clayshire recommended them. An electrician showed up the same day we called at the time he said he would. He was friendly and knowledgeable, asked us about our preferences, and everything he did worked well.

The owner, Jim Carter, came out and gave us a free estimate. He did not try to up-sell us on anything, but rather found the most economical solution that would meet our needs. Kevin Braughtigam was the service tech who did the work. He was prompt and professional. The final bill ended up being right in line with the original estimate. I would use them again.

They were very good. They responded very quickly. They were very professional. There was nothing wrong with them and we were very pleased with their work. They were very nice and friendly. Their price was very reasonable. They came on time as per the appointment. They did not create any mess, it was a good experience.

Excellent:I basically pulled this electrician out of the phone book to get a second estimate on a big renovation job. They evaluated the job via photos that I emailed them within a couple hours of calling which I thought was pretty slick. They did an awesome job for about a third of what the first electrician estimated. Top quality work, very good pricing. I will deal with them again I am sure.
