Mark was so nice to deal with. He and his son came out to install the unit but were unable to put it in an unfinished portion of the basement. Mark kept looking and found a spot that would work. They installed the unit in a couple hours,cleaned up the little mess they made and showed me what to look for if there should ever be a problem. He left a radon sensor to be sure the radon had gone to an acceptable level. It went from 13 to 1.1. I would definitely recommend him

He was very professional and courteous. He brought a radon gas monitor in my home to test radon levels and he said that everything was okay. And I didn’t have a problem with radon.

Mike, the installer, did a great job. My house has brick on 3 sides and vinyl siding on the rear. I pointed out what I thought would be the easiest location in the rear, but my preferred spot was through the brick on the side. Mike didn’t skip a beat and drilled through the brick.
