Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Custom Roofing completed some work on my house. I had to contact them a few times to get some follow through. I never heard when anyone was going to come out until I contacted them. The area they worked on was not cleaned up afterwards and i have never been told or explained what the warranty policy is. The customer service seemed to be lacking.

Working with Brad and Crystal was great. The work was completed on time, bids and final paperwork were submitted/completed timely. Job sites were cleaned of debris and Brad was great at keeping us informed of problems and progress on jobs.

Very quick to come out and assess the project and give me a quote but very poor in responding to questions about job start dates. Did not return initial email or phone inquiries about the project once the contract was signed. Actual project was completed very quickly and installers were very tidy.

My gutters needed cleaning and reattaching with screws. Screens had to be removed for cleaning and re-installed. They came and did the job for a reasonable price. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards, too.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Vendor came and put singles back on roof. We recieved a bid three working days via e-mail. We are awaiting the insurance adjustor to do a review of the damage to the roof. This vendor will be considered for the project after we get our insurance company to complete our claim on the roof.
