The man standing next to me was told "we don't charge you to replace the lights, we only charge you for the lights themselves" so I was encouraged and thought it wouldn't cost me very much. When I got the word that I owed $42 I almost fell over! I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes, tops. I feel like they charged me so much because I walked in and asked for help, and maybe because a woman wouldn't know any better. Anyway, I am not encouraged to return. For anything.

The service was terrible. They found oil leaks on my vehicle that were never there before I took it in, and they charged way more than what the estimate was. Before I took it in, there was one spot on my driveway from a leak. When I got it back, there were new spots in different locations.

There was several issues the car had and was going to cost over $2,000 to fix it right. I didn't get the car. They were honest and up front with me. They saved me money, a lot of money.

I have used Ricks for some time now. I take my cars that are not covered under warranty to them. I've used them for years. My last service with them was to replace a timing belt in a Hyundai and they did a great job. Much cheaper than quoted by Reliable Imports. I just scheduled to have a timing belt and water pump replaced on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. They have always been very professional, quick, and reasonably priced. They are not the cheapest, but they do good work for a fair price.
